Aunjanue Ellis

Aunjanue E. Taylor Aunjanue E. Taylor, an American stage actress and producer, is well-known for her role in the feature film Ray Undercover Brother as well as on The Mentalist. She received the B.A. from African-American Studies, from Brown University. Her MFA is in acting at Tisch School of Acting at New York University. Aunjanue L. Ellis is an American actress and producer who is actively involved in theater, film, and on television. Her career began acting in the theatre and then went on to be a part of numerous television shows, both mainstream and independent films. Her most well-known role was Miranda Shaw on ABC's Quantico. After that, she was able to make an appearance on BET's epic show The Book of Negroes. In 1995, she was the first to appear as Ariel on stage on stage in The Tempest. Alongside the Broadway production Come and Gone, she is also credited in Drowning Crow as well as Seeking the Genesis. She is most well-known for her work in Men of Honor, The Caveman's Valentine The Express & The Help. She is also well-known for her part in ABC's crime show High Incident.
